ROSE debutes at PupilsInfoDay 2010

On 24.06.10 ROSE was present at a booth for computer science at the technical faculty of Erlangen Nuremberg. Pupils could not only inform themselfes about computer science and programming navigation systems but try out a live demo of the ROSE system and download it to their mobile phones. Furthermore newly designed ROSE Flyers were distributed amoung interessted passerbys. The ROSE team is looking forward to feedback from our newly gained users.

ROSE team at the Long Night of Music

On Saturday 08th of may a ROSE team of 3 members was diven into the Long Night to put the ROSE system to the acid test. First our 3 warriors let themselves make a personal plan for the Long Night with help of our Long Night Scheduler.

Stocket up with several mobile phones our heroes started their Long Night adventure. ROSE guided them unerringly to all chosen events. Extremly helpful proved the new Andoid client version, which had already all events with description on the map so that there was no need to cumbersome scrolling in the Long Night brochure.

On average our function test was very successful. The ROSE team alrealy longs foreward to the Long Night of Museums were new improved Versions of both clients will be ready for download. For example we would like to inegrate all MVV Transport System in addition to the shuttle busses already included.
